The “Gabors”, a Roma group, cherish the few traditions they have retained over the years. They live close to the boundaries of the historic province of Transylvania and they are known as “Hungarian Gypsies”. Traditionally, the men are tinsmiths, while the women raise the family in the home. Today, one Gabor family is busy preparing for the celebration of seven-year-old Gisela’s birthday.
