From the Eastern Mediterranean to the Hindu Kush, some 10 million refugees struggle to survive. As many as 5 million of these refugees are children.

Ripped from their homelands and cast into the unknown, they are unsupported and invisible to the world. They are growing up in an environment of injustice, poverty, malnutrition and illiteracy. They carry tremendous psychological burdens.
